i think yes even if im not CO2 because Z.E.R was the first one who think that mission then S.T.A.R.S just stole it when Z.E.R was gone but since it is reviving again i think it's ours again..

May i suggest that Zer can sell to UC members medkits and ammo boxes for money and everytime a Humans shoot an zombie they get money like 50$ per zombie kill
