1. Must be atleast 5 or 6 members and they must be known by this community plus registered.

2. It must be alive atleast 2 month.

3. Neat, original.

4. Must have one ORIGINAL Mission.

Example: UC ,Kill all humans.
ZER: Take zombies sample and trade
STARS: Help human to survive.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY FACTION WITH THE SAME MISSION AS ABOVE!
