You are always free to introduce your or a faction/clan on this forum. But this doesn't mean that your clan gets official if you just keep it active for 2 months.
If you like to have your clan official you have to follow the rules given on this forum.
Also clans who doesn't like to get official but still liking to play on this server and likes to collect some players to their clan are also free to introduce themselves.
