Its not Like a Bug but ANNOUNCEMENT's Text is Wrong maybe Wrong BBCodes or HTML codes...something. Here is the Screen shot i taken:

I dont think its a bug because the server is being upgraded to 0.3x RC 1 thats why

Normally the server IP address is being returned from an automation script at whatismyip.com. Since they have changed their service, this odd text appears. In the new update, the server will call its own IP address from another service, which will be filtered through a PHP script I made to return the server IP properly.
