No, there is a problem with case sensivity of accounts used from the older account system, which has been created before some people did. This is a main problem of changing from one operation system to another, infact I had to decide to choose the older one accounts from the backup file. (I won't check manually about 86789 account files for its used time)
Just relog again in game. (Shall be fixed for you)
